Monneth

So, it’s probably about time I post something on setting, since my setting isn’t a real place.  On the peninsula where the dragons of Il-Faaren live (see A Story Begins), a human nation also develops.

It’s a very medieval-type setting—pre-guns and cannons—but what they lack in technology, they make up for through magic.  I’ll get into that more later, though.

Overall, it’s a fairly temperate climate—a bit like Minnesota, I guess.  They say people write what they know (more or less, anyway).

Beyond climate and cities, Monneth has a diverse geography—forests, plains, and a desert.  It’s a large land, and it’s held together by more than just the will of a king…
